The three-years project WORK-LIFE-FLOW: Excellence based profiling to identify and apply tools and trainings for a better and sustainable Work-Life-Flow, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, Key Action 2, has been officially started. The first board meetings are held virtually due to the ongoing pandemic.
WLF is implemented by a Consortium of 7 Partners from 5 European countries (Portugal, Ireland, Germany, Kosovo and Spain), including Higher Education Institutions and Practitioners. The project aims at fostering a positive Work-Life-Flow in the current disruptive times of work from home and social distancing. Work-Life-Flow refers to the dynamic equilibrium between an individual’s professional and social roles.
After almost one year since the outbreak of the pandemic, mastering a better and sustainable Work-Life Flow has been shown to be highly challenging, and science-based psychological knowledge and competencies seem warranted, to benefit both employers and employees.
The project will develop and offer two products:
- a self- and company assessment tool to diagnose challenges and demands of remote work, resources and wellbeing
- a blended e-learning tool for employees to manage challenges of remote work and increase resources to come to a positive Work-Life-Flow and Decent Work
