Note that my predicted range offers some benefit of the doubt though what is clear is that the underlying material is not at the standard displayed by the Richebourg

There is more warmth and dark plum intensity here for sure

which shows intensity and strength but currently little friskiness

There is a bit of wood in evidence but I doubt that it will take very long before it is fully integrated

Fleur Clinet Vintage:2010 (from Le Charlemagne)Fleshy, with plum sauce, linzer torte and blackberry paste notes melded to a fruit cake frame. Shows a good red licorice spine on the finish, with a racy feel and enough grip for mid term cellaring. Drink now through 2020. 4,166 cases made. JM
