This piece reminds me so much of watching jellyfish at an aquarium--luminous and mesmerizing

as well as along the rim of the interior

I haven't found anything about the G. Burns who signed it, but I think he or she made a pretty perfect little thing. The drawing is in very good overall vintage condition.
