The 2000 Dom Pérignon P2 opens in the glass with aromas of waxy citrus oil
I quite like this and the sense of harmony is pronounced
a real fleshpot of fruit but this still needs time to burn off some of its baby fat and reveal its dark berries and minerals underneath
rather jewelly nose – the Pinot most like a typical Central Otago Pinot so far to me (though this is probably not the intention at Felton Road)
