SOLD Antique Handmade Folk Art Knife with Carved Boot Handle Lincoln doll sent from a "Lizzie" inQuite a patina on this very old one. I love the gestural shape of the flat blade, with notch that maybe identifies it as a paring knife (?), but of course it's especially about the carved boot of a handle for me, much much handled and blackened from use (and maybe it got a bit too close to the fire once or twice, too.) Seems maybe earlier than later 19th c. American to me, including based on the shape of that boot, though I am no knife expert, and
