2022 La Baladeuse Copinages/Crustaces Blanc VDF, L'Herault Valley, France Caribou Crossing lightweighted SpätlesenBlend Terret Bourret and Picpoul Organic vineyards located in Pinet, relatively close to the Mediteranean Sea. Direct press of grapes. Fermented naturally with no additives (Yeast, enzymes, SO2, etc) Aged 9 months in fiberglass tanks. Bottled without SO2. A beautiful natural wine made for seafood (and friends!). Alas, Copinages means friendly favoritism" for Crustaces, or shellfish. Fresh and crisp with hints of dried pears and turmeric."
