2021 Jolie Laide Wines Gamay Sonoma County, California Eiko Fuji the grapes are lightly sun-dried100% Gamay from a high elevation hillside vineyard on the northern side of Sonoma County. Grape clusters are left whole to begin carbonic maceration before being foot crushed to complete fermentation. Pressed to neutral barrique for a six month maturation before bottling.
